The human mind is a strange place. The brain is a strong organ that controls the whole body and how it functions. Yet it can be so irrational and stubborn when faced with matters of the heart. When the heart wants what it wants, the mind seem to fall behind, helpless and lost, losing grip of the situation. Before you know it, the whole thing spirals out of control and then you have it - your heart in your hands, begging for someone to mend it. And that's when you think the heart learns that it should have listened to the brain in the first place, and vows never to make the same mistakes again.
Yet it still does, time and time again.
That's life isn't it? Knowingly going for what's bad for you yet we never learn. We almost always, never learn.
